What To Expect
Signing Documents
Phase 1
Sign contracts, permit applications and HOA approvals. Once all documents are submitted to the county tto be sent to county. Once submitted this process could take from 3-30 days depending on the county.
Ordering Materials
Phase 2
Once the permit is approved and issued, materials will be ordered. Your deposit is due at this time. The delivery date is scheduled, we will notify you when the materials and dumpster are going to be delivered and when the project will begin.
Project Begins
Phase 3
The Materails and dumpster will already be onsite. The project manager arrives to make sure your property is properly prepped. Project manager will be onsite throughout the whole reroof process to make sure everything goes smoothly. The project will take 3-7 days to complete.
Project Completion
Phase 4
Your property is cleaned from all debris. The dumpster is removed and the final county inspection scheduled & approved! Final payment is due. Certificate of completion is issued with the final payment receipt.
